math on Tehachapi siteAccording to the spreadsheet https://www.westernwindenergy.com/presentations/april67.ppt the total project cost is $95.5 million, the annual revenues are $16.5 million, the annual operating costs are around $15 million so the net cash from operations starts at $1.9 million in 2005 declining to $950,000 by 2008. So it will take about 90 years of income from this project to cover the captial outlay?
