RE: MPM Special meeting October 6 , 2005 I understand that Maple is forming a new uranium sub and naming it mega uranium. I also understand that Maple is paying a third party 150K in shares for the name. What I do not understand is where (Dines letter, Company notice etc.)the third party is referenced as being Dines.
