Again for the most part the news release is Asiaspeak. You are being asked to read between the lines. They have signed a cooperation agreement only. It's very common. Just a first step that is a necessary but not necessarily sufficient condition for futher steps in 2006.They will want their engineers to have a good look at the pilot plant (under a confidentiality clause)and to understand in detail how the deal could unfold. It's good news in principle as it has to happen for the rest to happen.Yet no loss of face if it doesn't. Easy does it from the Island Islander
