The Falls

I was at Chilliwack this summer golfing at the Falls, and was surprised by the activity (I golf there once a year)....there were several houses built (apparently some sold??), and they were renting houses for weekend, week, etc combining it with golf....sort of a golf package...I have no idea how well things are moving, but it was a shock to see this activity after almost nothing for the previous several years....hopefully, a positive sign. Anybody anything about the meaning of this???
