RE: Alberta Plans $7 B RefineryThanks for posting this. It makes me want to buy more oil sands stocks. That IS why you posted this isn't it? Don't you think that one should buy an interest in what goes THROUGH the pipeline rather than the one time cost of building it? BTW it is being built of plastic instead of steel I've heard.
