RE: CHECK THIS OUT! - questionWhat are the securities regulations regarding insider transactions. I know they are not allowed to buy or sell within a certain period of quarterly and year end financial releases. Is there anything about buying/selling within a time period of Major news release? .... if there is everytime he buys pushes the NR further out. any comments ??
