Wow, Rio

Wow, RioIts an all time high for falsehoods per post by Rio. Unpermitable? Come off it Rio, you have absolutely no basis for making any statement like that. They have permited on site for drilling, exploration and the rest and are in the process of permitting a mine plan with the JRP Team which has not red flagged the process. You can say that the process is likely to have its delays, but claiming that its unpermitable is a blatant falsehood. Unprocessable? Oh come now Rio, it was a mine for a whole lot of years and the principle source for North American Cobalt from 1943-1963. FCO has met that says they can process the ore by people whose credentials are on file, as opposed to you who still refuse to post what if any credentials you actual have. Clearly that makes that statement a falsehood. Your arsenic fantasies have been consistantly shown to be false. If what you claim were true, there would be no mines processing ore in Carlin and SWC must not be operating in Montana for that matter. Where is the environmental sensitivity? The area has hosted numerous mines over the last decade, the Yellowjacket Mine, the Beartrack Mine and a host of others. What specific resource out there in the Panther Creek Drainage are you trying to suggest is so sensitive? Its not in or cherry stemmed by a wilderness. There are no on site bugs or bunnies that make it problematic. The salmon issue has not been a hinderence to other area mine developments. Your suggestion of environmental sensitivity is obviously a flasehood and a red herring. Access to FCO's property is not controled by Noranda. Judge Heardon already ruled on that issue and you know it. Noranda culd not deny access even if they wanted to, since a Court has ordered them to provide it. Both those statements are false and you knowingly posted the lie. Now you are suggesting that the INCO offer to acquire Falconbridge is a done deal. Heck Rio, they just made the offer a week ago. As for INCO or Falconbridge/Noranda being competitors for FCO, Formation is not going to be producing Nickel, which is the raison de etat for such a merger not their byproduct cobalt. Such a suggestion is both false and silly. Ineffective management? Hey Rio, they kept the doors opened on their company when a lot of others were hitting the skids post BreX. Though they are not perfect management, what company owns anything close to perfect? They have money to get the job done in the bank, have some small cash flow from silver refining, several other worthwhile properties in silver and uranium and a game plan that is slowly but surely opeating to finish getting their principle mine on line in a state conducive to mining. Since you have never managed a company and have obviously never shown us that you have ever permited or for that matter ever worked at a real mine, seems obvious your blowing smoke on this just as you have on every other issue. You did, however, fail to include the rest of the host of lies you love to post and have been called on over the past couple of years. Slipping up? Finally getting tired of posting BS that gets rammed back down your throat? Yes the shorts can take any weakness in FCO and ramp the stock down. Yes many of the shareholders are getting long in the tooth. So the stock slides. It has little to do with your lies, Rio, its just an inherrent situation for a junior thats been around a long time that has pushed to this area in its effort to become an active miner. YOur particular claims to he exposing anything are simply BS spread by a guy with too much time on his hands with a bone to pick with MG and Scott. Put your lying mode on hold for a while and come back down to reality. Not a few months ago you were saying that it was just the delays and that the reserve was there and that it would eventually become a mine, but you hated management. It will be interesting one day to figure out who you are and why you hate these guys so much. Phil Nisbet
