RE: Rio out of Control

RE: Rio out of ControlYup, just your standard lies there Rio. First, I never got the axe Rio, I left just as everything in print from 1998 says, to pursue other projects. Why do you feel a need to lie about that? Yes they have been in the area for a long time, they started there when I and Scott were head on head with Meridian for positions in the Beartrack gold play. That does not go to your claim in the original lie of them being in pre-feasibility for 10-15 years, somrthing that you are now back tracking on. They did not start pre-feasibility until 1998, which is only 7 years ago. Nine to ten years to get a feasibility from initial discovery is not bad for North America in this day and age and if you were really in the minerals industry you would acknowledge that. How much more acknowledged do you want than a Judge's ruling that they have access under law? They are driving through the site as we speak with no let or hinderence. So why lie and claim that they do not have access. Barrick not only produces arsenic from its ores in percentages, its arsenic goes right to tails and is very water soluable. Carlin type ores are rich in the kinds of minerals that are of greatest concern to EA, yet they have permits and expansion plans that are getting through the hoop with no problems. Why claim that a smaller amount and a less mobile form of arsenic is such a problem? Why lie Rio? Noranda has a clean up site and long term responsibilities for it. That is an environemtnal problem for a site with no real larger scale up side in reserves. FCO's ground is not Noranda's and you know it. So you are now acknowledging that no major has ever rejected FCO's ground, becuase they never offered it and its not subject to any environmental constraints. You lied to this board claiming something that never happened and that you knew was not true. As for the Uranium, are you trying to suggest that the deposit there is of no value? Are you trying to tell us that you would not own it? Are you saying that FCO could not sell its royalty interest? Of course they could and get a nice chunk of change even at this very minute. And they have a back in for 10%, which would be a very nice peice of that hill, Rio. It takes time to make money in mining and its never a get rich quick scheme, which is something you would realize if you actually worked in this profession. I get out a fair bit there Rio. Unlike yourself, I am still fit and trim and able to do field work. Putting on the weight you have is bad for you and will end up seeing you in your grave even faster than the angina you will end up with from all the hate in your soul. Clean up the lies and the hate and you might make a few years yet with a bit of exercise.
