What makes you think there are any games being played? I don't think anyone knows anything at present and wont know till the Serbs make their decision which I am guessing will not be before the beginning of December. Someone early in the week was placing his bet that Erin will get the Tender granted on the Boron. Everyone thought it was the start of something and got excited and pulled asks etc. Now you have your sellers coming back after they realize nothing is up.
