RE: Something smellsI understand your concern given where ADX is, and has been with Randy and Alison at the helm the past few years. However, if you know anything about the extensive and successful P&G sales and management environment you must be encouraged with this hire. P&G's focus has always been on RESULTS. Empowerment and focus has been the key to P&G's success. Not only was Kelly part of the process, he designed and implemented portions. My guess is that this guy will have Randy's job within two years. And just one other point (to your question of why take this job), I think Kelly sees the mismanaged potential of ADX. A hint of that was his commnet about the significant relationships ADX has with companies like CIBC, Air Canada etc. I only have 15,000 (worthless) shares but I am willing to "let it ride" and see what Kelly can do........HABSFAN
