RE: Buy Out Offer $4.40 ? - REFUSED !

RE: Buy Out Offer $4.40 ? - REFUSED !Great post! One point that I would like clarified, relates to your price of $161 per ounce, for the companies listed in the Mine-Web summary. I may be wrong, but I believe the $161 per ounce covers all infra-structure costs, including: shaft sinking; cross cuts; ventillation; head frame; milling; smelting etc. If I am correct then, the cost of buying gold in the ground at Bristol Twp (to the 3,100 foot level and discounting all ore beneath this level) no doubt would be closer the the higher end of recent purchases, i.e $100 per ounce, plus value for the other properties and a future value for gold beneath 3,100'. Your comments will be appreciated, as it would be embarrassing to go to Don Innes with figures that are inflated.
