LMT having trouble getting rid of LOR in time

LMT not sure it can sell stake in LOR in time that is necessary to complete CQ purchase. It is needed to satisfy antitrust. LMT fown 1 5/8 ahead of the news. BA also won $5B defense contract over LMT.
