Cecil5: Posted "That a comp. with so much going on can't generate interest enough to move the stock". Do I detect a little disappointment here, a little reality setting IN ...the next announcement could very well be ( if there is one) we wait a little longer before application submission .... say like till next spring time maybe. You know like by then the insiders can offload their PP 's on any price rise do to the application submission thus supplying them cash to do it all over again on the next PP. And you wonder why Cecil people are not buying this stock up by the truck load. If the purpose of a PP is to raise cash for the company thats one thing / doing it for the chosen few is another. WEH
