RE: streams future
RE: streams futureSo has the Dow been in a 5-6 year distributional top or sideways base? THis is the big question. I suspect that given the diluge of bad news/press in the world that it will resolve itself as a base.
Distant, I can tell you that THG is still abroad. But not sure if he has tool in hand.
As to the new management team, well sadly it's still somewhat of the old management team. Although I suspect they are very limited in what they can do now without board approval. Typically this is what happens when gardners are let go.
It takes time to recover from things as these, as is typical with most companies in situations as such.
I guess the only comfort one can bank on is the breakup value of the Co is probably btw 40-50 cents US. SO I'm not too worry about recent purchase's. But what about those $1.50-2 shares which is perhaps most peoples average in this stock?
Promotion costs money or shares.
I'd much rather see them raise money so as to generate business then issue stock for promotion. You know (build and they will come)
This concept I think was missing in THG way of thinking. If you build a viable company it will generate it's own promotion. Of course raising money at 15-20 cents is not ideal either but what are you gonna do when the garden appears to have suffered from rot?
What would make sense for the Co would be to initiate the share buyback and clean up say 4-5 mil shares back to the 50 cent level. At which time they could re-issue those share's at that level to raise additional capital. Would be a nice wash. But unrealistic when the finances i'm sure look like mine >g<
It's going to take time, but the next quarter should show us making money. Someone is taking the other side of the trade, I wonder if it's Sheperds or Sheeples?
