New Guy

New GuyFirst post on this stock. I don't own it, but I've been watching it for over a year. I used to hate myself for not picking it up when my buddy told me about it (just before the big run-up), but now it looks like I'm getting a second chance. Frankly, I can't believe how cheap this stock is right now. As always, trying to time the bottom is practically impossible, but I'm having particular trouble pulling the trigger. One thing I've been thinking about is the impact on the stock of foreign exchange. Since the company's revenues are in USD, and expenses mainly in CAD, isn't this a major consideration? I looked it up, and the average CAD/USD exchange rate was $0.80 in Q2/05, $0.83 in Q3/05, and $0.85 in Q4/05. With Q4/05 numbers about to come out, I wonder if this will be a drag. Since this company is just on the cusp of reporting successive positive quarterly earnings, I think if there is even one sequential quarterly miss (ie. they drop like one penny in EPS compared to last quarter), the stock will get hit hard. Seems like so much is riding on the April numbers. I'm really close to taking a significant position in this one. Any thoughts?
