As I recall when he first showed up here he mentioned something about his own son recently ripping him off and thus putting the boots to his retirement funds.
I don't know about alcohol fetal syndrome or whatever else ails him, but keeping a bunch of dead squirrels in a bag is something a bit wierd and could suggest some personality disorder?
Not to mention likely illegal under the Game Act regulations?
