Universal Security Instruments, Inc. designs and markets a variety of safety and security products consisting primarily of smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and related products. The Company sells its products through retail stores and also markets to the electrical distribution trade through its subsidiary, USI Electric, Inc. (USI Electric).
