Ellycrack...

Ellycrack...What exactly does this investment mean to Wescorp? Why didn't they step up and complete the purchase to 25%? (this really, really bothers me) Currently Wescorp owns 13% of Ellycrack A/S, and have formed a 50/50 Joint Venture with Ellycrack A/S to develop the technology for global commercialization. What exactly does this 50/50 J.V. mean to Wescorp? Trying to grasp the magnitude of my investment in Wescorp. Would really appreciate any insight. Any updates in Pilot Plant?
