My only concern with regard to Ellycrack is the profitability factor for Wescorp. The 50/50 JV a/o 13% ownership would exactly amount to what percentage of royalties, if thats the way this goes. I'm still waiting on someone to clearly define what Wescorp is entitled to with regards to Ellycrack A/S.
