I read the last Victory press release over again and it appears that the only size fraction that they concentrate is the <1mm fraction.
So the larger fractions aren't concentrated at all?
Maybe because the samples taken so far were quite small this isn't a problem, and you can just pick the diamonds out with UV light like they've done. Or perhaps the material in this area is mostly fines, which would really speed up processing since you immediately get rid of most of the material you don't want when you screen it. (remember we don't want the <1mm fraction in a production sitution)
It isn't clear whether the samples taken so far, were processed on the mini plant. The release only says they were done in the company's lab.
I imagine since the plant handles 3.5 ton/hr it isn't suited to these small samples.(we total less than 1 ton so far)
