It helps to call the Mart office now and then and get updates on what is going on.... I call them at least once a month and what I have said is fact as of this past Monday, but is subject to change as you know this has been a moving target for every one. At the moment they need to get the rig drilling, really can't do anything until then. They are working on some other deals but can't sign them until they do get things moving, that includes having a production facility. As far as the next share offering goes, which we talked about,but not in detail, I expect the proceeds to be used for buying a production facilty which will probably be fabricated here in Alberta... We need to have drill results before the facility is ordered, so I expect that to happen in February or March. Once it has been ordered, I expect that we will be looking at late 2006 before we see oil in the pipeline. How big a facility will be based on drill results, as a minimum I think we should be looking at 20,000 BBLS/DAY... time will tell, too many variables yet.....
