RE: Q4 will be weaker than Q3 due to seasonal

RE: Q4 will be weaker than Q3 due to seasonal It looks like the 725,000 mentioned in the MD&A refers to collection of outstanding receivables not earnings for the 4th quarter. I note that GM is one of Omni-lites customers and they are rumored to be going into chapter 11. Over 900,000 has been listed as income assigned to the office in the Barbados. The opposition parties have been giving some heat to the government since they left the Barbados tax haven untouched. This is where P. Martin has an office for his shipping company. Lets not forget that after some contracts expire their is a temporary loss of revenue before contracts are renewed or replaced. Their will be another share dilution in either 2006 or 2007 as the outstanding warrants will probably be exercised. Omni-lite growth will outpace dilution and any possible changes in tax structure (probably not a concern). I just mention this so that people do not think that their is no risk. I expect that we will be over $2.00 by the end of January.
