Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE: Thank God.. I took my losses at .64Cannot disagree with you that there will be downward pressure on stock, however balance sheet is not that bad. As a former GM I can tell you I have seen much worse. New CEO had excellent performance record at General Dynmanics. I am optimistic that he can turn this company. It may be two or three quarters, but solid coporate leadership can bring results. So no towel, I may look at averaging down if it does drop to 30's. My average is 1.35 so I have felt the pain with this stock big tme, holding 25k.
