Past trends serve a purposeBack in Oct/03 Cumberland was just over $4.90 a share. Gold was at $386 oz & the C$ was at 1.30 giving Gold in C$'s a price of $501.80.
Today Cumberland is at $1.85 a share. Gold is at $490 oz & the C$ is at 1.17 giving Gold a C$ price of $573.30.
In the last 2 years there has been some dilution but not to drive the share price down this low & Meadowbank is geting much closer to permitting & reserves have grown at this project.
My take on this is buy the shares & put them away because something in the Gold exploration market isn't right & it has to correct which should mean more buyers looking for Gold mining firms// Either that or the market will continue to be ignored which really doesn't make much sense. IF CLG can trade at $4.90 then it should repeat that price & once mining begins go much higher if the POG remains strong. JMHO.
