Anybody know why...

Anybody know why......exactly Hemosol is having so much trouble raising money? Little mining explorers with a bit of barren land in far-off places can raise money, but not HML. Are all the brokers in collusion to drive the price down? Is there not broker that wants the work? Not even an American one? Is there a hate on for this company or management? What exactly is the reason?
