The stock price bothers me too, but Bio's that don't have a produce ready for sale are being beaten up lately. The changing of the board and mgmt is somewhat disconcerting. I agree that having officers serve as directors is too cosy for proper corporate governance. Directors (in a public co) are there to keep the officers in check and, at times, to offer certain services such as political contacts, legal opinions, etc. The departure of Koziak, in particular, bothers me as there is a certain amt of secrecy on reasons.
