I was in Ivn one year agoand even then RF talked about shoveliing coal out of the ground and using the money to fund the mine for gold/copper..it sounded real then
now it is a year later and I am more experienced in the game of stock promotion....
RF still talks about "shovelling coal" to a huge market just next door (china)...but its no where near happening..
RF talks about how much copper and gold there is in IVN's property..yet no major has shown any interest in it...no analysts have shown interest in it...and the educated investing public has shied away from it.......
RF has done a good job talking this project up...but that is all it is...a Robert Friedland PROMOTION.....if it was more then that we would see:
1- a Major Mining Co. come in to take a position in this play
2-coal being shovelled out like RF talked about a year ago
3-A huge spike in the IVN market Cap......it is apparent that the market is writing off RF's talk for now..except for the gullible
4-The S.A. would have been done..with all of RF's attempts at buying buying the previous cabinet..things didnt go his way..why would they now..I think this is just being used as an excuse to delay the in evitable bad news
5-Being a third world country..no way the Mongolian People would let a shyster like RF take away their precious resources...The Mongol politicians are playing this up....they cant let a great resource be sold to foreigners when their people have very limited means of survival .......this will prevent IVN from having a stable interest in this project..especially given RF's past history
Overall, I have always believed that you cannot win the lottery twice...but you can try to fleece the lamb over and over....in this case I dont think that IVN has an economical resource in Mongolia...but RF will try to maximize the "I have found the greatest deposit in the world" to the fullest.......If he was along the right track..then a Major mining company would have caught on..but that hasnt happened...so can it be that RF is trying to lure the innocent.or are the major mining companies so stupid that they dont realize the potential that this find has..?or is it that RF is a pedofile in the investment community..I mean does he take advantage of innocent investors???????????
Overall,I hope investors dont buy the hype that is generated by the RF camp...as allot of the mining business is based on "hype" and "promotion"...which translates into "over-exagerate things"...and make it sound like your company will be shovelling cash into the treasury any day...yet the reality is that many exploration projects are just ....SALES PITCHES to lure the innocent and some of the innocent buy into it very deeply...
Remember..if it was so good..nobody would need to SELL it to you..If you are an intelligent person YOU can recognize a good investment on its face value..if you buy based on on an owners presentation..you are being over exuberant.........an buyinh a STORY
Overall I Say if you buy into IVN, buy on an educated investment...Just becuase IVN issues positive news Releases does not mean that they will come come true..I got caught in the "PROMOTION" game....where things were "about to happen" and got burnt...I will not let that happen again...you should do the same...dont buy the hype..buy the truth in the stock
