how much would you pay for this stock after the record date knowing you wont get the dividend?

Firstly Due bills are share or cash entitlements (e.g., in the case of a stock split, the split shares) that are attached to trades that settle between the record date and the due bill redemption date (ex-date plus 2). I really don't get why people don't seem to like or take notice of this company? It seems to be the Rodney Dangerfield of the TSX! I've been accumulating on small dips and adding to my position, heck I even managed to pick up a bunch at $23.44 after they announced the special divy!?. This stock should be trading north of $27 but for some reason, nope. Correct me if I'm wrong here ...more
