very undervalued lithium story !
Sirmac - capex just 3 Million Dollar - IRR about 480 %, payback under 2 months , NPV after tax about 105 Million Dollar justified sp of 30 cent , beside godslith needs only drilling to have a resource of 10 M/Tons over 1% LI2O -realistic closer 20 M/tons . This alone justifies a sp of several hundred million dollar . ( drilling - 20 to 30 Million Dollar = from cashflow Sirmac . Beside Sirmac is 40km away of sayona mining - same belt - needs just drilling = money from cashflow sirmac , beside cadillac - Spodumene is observed in almost all holes as individual large crystals resulting in high grade values.
Beside xfactor Rubidium - could add incredible value to sirmac.
