Beau Nanza ?

A lot of interesting cross-currents for BZA.

130 million shares, and rising ? Possible link with NGD's Mesquite .... how much would trucking the ore add to cost of production ? Maybe some extra state/federal regulatory hoops to jump thru because of ore crossing AZ/CA state lines ?

Copperstone looks promising, but still not close to production .... will SP close 2010 w/ NGD $$$$ offer, or tax-loss selling slump ?

No surprise that permit process is slow .... seems like pending permits in mining-friendly area are (mostly) already baked into share price ?

everything with the Federal Government that requires an action, is governed by NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act).  Pursuant to NEPA, all filings, actions and processes are completely open to the public.

I have a little experience with the way permitting is done by Canadian provinces. It is in Canada, as windyguy says of NEPA filings, an open and transparent process.BG
