does anyone know if a NR concerning permits would cause the tsx to halt trading in BZA if they release the news during trading hours????

since it should be market moving news yes...BUT...we are talking about the securities commission here so who knows?Either way we have several,near term,new`s releases on the way.I expect management are chomping at the bit to turn BZA into a producer.Personally I`m sure glad we have Kirwin at the helm.

It is up to BZA to request a halt if BZA felt that the public needed equal time to digest the NR.  Given most of the BZA is coming from Europe, I do not think a halt would help any different as the BLM usually does things towards the end of the business day.BZA needs to plant personal at the YUMA office and not leave until the constipated and pedantic minions sign the Record of Decision which
