what a joke....

this is turning out to be.I was guaranteed by Bagwell to be included in the financing but even that fell through.What an inept bunch.I`ll keep an eye on it but this equity is just so tainted now.Sounded like such a great story.Too bad for incompetent management right down to the IR...or lack thereof.Cheers.

There's obviously a lack of in house experience in the legal and regulatory area which is perhaps not surprising with a small company with budget limited staff and more focused on technical and mining expertise. And I guess they didn't have competent outside legal advisors or didn't use them to save money. Having attracted the attention of the regulators now I guess everything they' ...more

One person of a small but reputable investment house that I did recommend American Bonanza to for investment purposes came back to me saying he had a difficult time getting his head around this company (BZA). He did not elaborate what is was that bothered him and I did not inquire any further. Big mistake on my part.  I wonder what the news writers like Jay Taylor think about this. The ...more

I spoke to soon. No one took my offer to buy so I got stuck holding this in my bag of stocks...I was able to sell my AGE bought at .15 but not this...
