Maybe, Kirwin wants to drop tha share price for his friends to pick up more shares!!!  That's the only explanation that I see.

He should do the right thing and step aside without compensationand use this time to find someone that can move us forward   I have a lot of freebie's here  (.025) last time I bought      All the best newb99

He should first fire the person that is responsible for this snafu and then resign after a replacement is found and approved by the board of directors.  I nominate Rob McEwen for the job.  You'd see a $5 stock price before February 2011.
