Mr. XXXX,
I don’t know what they told you or when. Our 30-day public comment period closed on Thursday, 3/17 and we are proceeding with issuance of the APP.

Dear Mr. Mendolia,

My name is XXXXXXXX. We spoke on the phone a few weeks a go regarding the status of the American Bonanza APP permit. I have recently spoken to someone who has said that the APP will be delayed. I can not obtain a straightforward answer from the company at the moment as it would adversely affect their stock price.

I am hoping that you can shed some light on the matter. Has the issuance of the APP permit been delayed? What are the reasons? What process happens now? What is the earliest that the permit can be reasonably issued due to the delays.
If the rumour that I have heard is just here say, what is the earliest that the permit can issued after payment for services rendered?

Your help in this matter is very much appreciated

KIndest regards,

XXXXXX

Why to Ag? I have no doubt you contacted the permit section and never did.

Hi Ag, yes that was directed towards the fact I thought that you doubted me. My problem was that I have lost a very considerable amount of money in the past when someone warned me about some problems a particular company I had invested and chose to ignore. Let's just say that when that same individual warned me again I listen but decided to check it literally. It did throw me for a loop ...more
