First of all, i'm not a lawyer.  I thought about reporting this to the OSC but looked into it first.  Manipulation of a stock's price is illegal, if it can be proven.  That is a big if as this stock is thinly traded.  This kind of stock manipulation is hard to prove.  Keep in mind that its not likely TD itself but someone, or a bunch of people more likely, using TD ...more

More than likely it is a program, or bot, or trading bot, or whatever you want to call it that instantly moves the price down after a higher trade. It cross trades with itself. Eventually, if others put on orders at  .37, it should have to chew through their bids or it will have to move the price floor higher. This is a regular happening with TD on the venture. BBE....yes, there is...call the security commission in what province the company is registered, and talk with the security agent who handles BZA....I have done it before with YNG...they are helpful........Richard
