This financing is clearly intended ....

.... for some "Target Of Opportunity" that has suddenly presented itself.  There's no other reason for additional funds right here, right now.  They have no desperate need to do more drilling right here, right now.  They continue to assert they're ".. funded to production" and if that's not true then yeah, they're in serious trouble, but the market was happy to boost them by 33% in a few days so I doubt that's the case.

No, there's some deal in the works.  And a "bought deal" means somebody thoroughly believes the story you're telling them and is ready to whip out the chequebook right then and there.

Right you are Cardinal...and this can only be good for the SP. I can't imagine management taking a gamble on anything less than a sure thing when they're this close to the brass ring. It's gotta be something that will add value.

I would guess that they're running low on cash. The mill might be fully funded but the rest of the company's operations may not be. Production is late - I seem to recall they were once targeting start up in Q1 of this year - and that may have squeezed them financially, especially if the current timetable is now also sliding out which I suspect. There's also the possibility of cost ...more

What part of ........... "and is permitted and fully funded through to production"  do you not understand ? Not "funded through to finishing the mill"; not "... funded through to meeting the next payroll"; not ".... funded through to meeting next month's bills"; but "... funded through to production", as in producing, delivering, and ...more

Well of course they're funded through to production. I totally agree with you TheCardinal! After all they've now got $6 million to make that happen. :)
