Vote out the Scoundrels!

I just used proxyvote and voted HELL NO to the entire slate of directors supported by management. This company has been so badly mismanaged it is pathetic. They all deserve to be fired!

Since I don't know too much about financials, I guess that I'll be stuck trusting the most recognised opinion on this message board. I'm personally of the opiniion that the corporation seems in good financial health . Although, others may see things differently. Like earlier stated , I tend to enjoy following stock forums such as this one to get an idea of the inner workings of the ...more

Please excuse me for the typos such as for the word amortisation... The typos spring up unnoticed. The point to rememeber with Bonanza is that they have an operating mine whose profitability is of a better order than what was deemed as possible once the price of gold was much lower . Check out the old reports containing estimates of the profitability of the undertaking from 2005-2006. Things can ...more

Care to give us some well-reasoned argument to support your case ?  Or do you just like to whine to make yourself feel good. The reality is that current management has done a rather good job navigating the Company through what will be seen - with the benefit of hindsight - one of the most difficult periods for the mining sector in recent memory. In case you haven't been paying attention - ...more

Yes, I have been paying attention, very closely. And see my post to Jimmy Bags. BZA has perpetually mislead investors about the timeline and operations of the mine and the exploration pgroam too.  Other than get the permits very quickly, EVERYTHING else has taken an eternity. EVERYTHING is delayed beyond their public statements. Maybe that's whey they won't issue any ...more

And by the way, I am not in this stock for instant gratification. I started buying it in 2007. BZA 'should" be in the "sweet spot" where the stock price takes off, where all that hard work comes to fruition with the opening of the mine. It ain't happening.

Would think that any good news would wait until gold is in a better situation ....ie began an upwards trend again with some optimism.......Make no sense to release good news when times are what they are. In the next few weeks we should see some significant moves in gold upwards as we pull out of the dulldrums. Release of good news at the right time for an upward movement in price. Right now is not ...more

Given the output of the mine (Kirwin said what, 250 tpd?) on the last radio interview, and the small shipments of concentrate, I don't think there is much good news. The company announcements have certainly led investors to believe that they'd be in production very early in the year. Now we're nearing the halfway mark and the company output is only at half what was planned. Not good ...more

You can always sell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Comment by Antennae1 on Jun 08, 2012 1:28pm
Man, they could've had a million tonnes of ore stockpiled, should've had their mill running at 10x capacity on January 1st, would've hired 1000 miners in the first week of 2012, and BZA would now be $100/share if the management had only done their job.  I mean, if just 3-4 people from this message board had been running the company all along, then we'd all be bazillionaires ...more

All i can say about the management is,were are a gold producer(100 oz a day,3000 oz a month = $4,500.000 in cash a month) that trade on the TSX and we have only traded 1,000 shares today, there a joke and so is the PR dept the whole lot of them should be gone or get someone that can promort this company better then them.herry

hmm... you must've finished fixing Europe's economic problems. What do you guys expect?  You know what wildly "promoted" small mining operations -- apart from the majors -- look like to most average investors?  Heard of Bre-X?  How about the term "pump and dump"? Man, get a life, and let those guys run the company!  It's nothing less than ...more

All I can say about you, herry, is you have waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much angst and anxiety to be investing in speculative resource stocks such as this one.  Maybe to be investing in anything except CDs and passbook savings accounts.   Seriously, herry, put your money in the hands of a professional manager while you still have your money.  And your health.

they are not producing anywhere near that amount. stop spreading false information. kirwin's latest interview indicated 200t/day, or about 50z, max. the md&a shows few shipments of concentrate.   I'd be surprised if they have enough cash flow to cover running costs after paying out the 123 oz/wk.   At 50-60 oz/day that is about 300 oz/week. Is 175 oz/week enough to cover ...more
