No problem, the 28 million warrant conversion at 45 cents by July 21, 2012 will cover any shortfalls.

That's it ! Since the company is in respect of its production agenda it is plausible to assume that it doesn't see favorably the conversion of warrents to shares to get some extra millions which can originate from pending operations instead of originating from a source which assures dilution of shareholder equity ...
