Majerle, the reason Kirwin options

at 39 cents is to replenish corporate coffers. If he buys at market, BZA receives squat.

He is playing out Custer's last stand to salvage his reputation and any equity he might recover if he pulls off the longshot.. He gains on the 5/6 cent options that offset the 39ers. For the first time he is walking the walk and talking the talk, instead of going for market financing that is dead as a doornail.

He believes and is putting his money where his mouth is...or he knows of a buyout offer (doubtful)

This is neither a "...long shot" nor is it "... Custer's last stand".  A declaration of Commercial Production is imminent, and the only thing your desperate little fear-mongering mind is correct about is Kirwin putting his money where his mouth is.

Please explain, "If he buys at market, BZA receives squat."  Why would BZA receives squat if he buys at market value? tia

For those who do not know how stocks, options and warrants work.  The stocks, that are available on the open market are for sale by individuals not the company.  So proceeds go to that individual.  Warrents proceeds go to company.  Options proceeds may or may not go to company.
