This is a big blow to BZA since Mr. Bonifacio is a big name, and big names attact investors especially institute inv.............. Mr. Bonifacio has over 26 years in senior executive positions in the mining industry. Mr. Bonifacio is the founder, President & CEO of Nevada Copper Corp. and has a successful track record of raising equity and project capital for development projects of merit. Mr. Bonifacio is a professional accountant with extensive experience and knowledge in areas of corporate finance, securities matters, project finance and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Bonifacio has held senior executive roles with Getty Resources Limited, TOTAL S.A. and Vengold Inc.>

By looking at the chart, it doesn't look like he helped them too much. Knowing the way markets run right now, this could be a good thing.

We will see if it is good or bad.  But I think it is usually bad if a major director (by reputation) leaves a company.  I would rather keep him on board.  We don't know why he actually left - perhaps he wanted more shares at a cheaper price and Brian K would not give it to him... I am just speculating.  We don't exactly know why eventhough the NR says he wants ...more

I think the resignation may be mutual between Kirwin and Guido. Take a look at Nevada copper - Kirwin resigned for the same reason

It could be a health issue as  well..........The only ones  that know for certain right now are the board members........us looser stock holders can only speculate at this time.......hopefully it is not a health problem
