Sprott/BZA

At one point, Sprott held 12.5% (?) of BZA shares. I'm guessing that Sprott sold shares .... maybe down to zero shares (?) Are they required to  disclose 'all holdings as of 12/31/2013' ?
A quick search reveals: Sprott Gold and Precious Minerals Fund, top 25 holdings as of 9/31/2013 ... no BZA shares listed in the pdf file.
Any clarification on this subject by fellow BZA/ABGFF shareholders is appreciated.
Thanks
