HAs anyone noticed....

that the majority of the people that run Kerr Mines actually have come from Trelawny Mines and Exploration which was sold to I am Gold for 1/2 billion 2012. I remember Trelawny when it was small ..........We may actually have some good management going forward but time will only tell.

Did BZA indicate when the merger would happen or is there still a possibility that somewhere, somehow that they can get financing through another source?

The BLG merger will be completed by the end of April/14 and the BZA merger will be completed after that according to the news release Jan/24/14. KER has already loaned BZA  $1 mil. and to to get out of the deal BZA would have to repay loan plus a break fee of  $500K. BZA  will also try to issue 337mil. shares to settle outstanding debt before the merger. Looks like a done deal to me ...more

They're really up to such a number ? Damn, considering all those high grade intersections, I would have expected this outfit to be sold to the highest bidder not the biggest bargain taker ! Mind you, let's just hope that they get this operation off the ground and back on track before I get a heart attack !  I was expecting some most fabiuloius developments considering what the past ...more
