cheap stock, new customer coming

https://messages.yahoo.com/bbs?.mm=FN&action=m&board=1600905222&tid=accl&sid=1600905222&mid=4004 -- =DJ Accelerated Up-3: Co In Pact With Big Carrier - Investor -- Accelerated Networks has recently signed a contract with a big new customer, whose revenue will largely exceed every previous order, an investor said Tuesday. "Accelerated Networks has signed a contract with a first-tier competitive local exchange carrier, which is worth multiple times every contract they had before," said Greg Hirtzig, an analyst with Twin Capital Management LLC, an equity arbitrage firm that owns Accelerated Networks stock. Hirtzig said the deal is assured with a triple-A credit with Siemens AG. He added he believes the company will announce the deal when it reports its third-quarter earnings, on October 26. According to Hirtzig, the telecommunications company is on track to meet the announced goal of adding two to three new customers every quarter. An Accelerated Networks spokesperson didn't deny or confirm the news, saying the company hasn't announced any new deal since August 28 when it signed a $10 million pact to deliver additional broadband access equipment to CTC Communications Corp. (CPTL). -By Elena Molinari, Dow Jones Newswires; 201-938-4047; elena.molinari@dowjones.com (END) DOW JONES NEWS 10-10-00 03:59 PM- - 03 59 PM EDT 10-10-00 Symbols: US;ACCL Source DJ - Dow Jones Categories: I/CMT I/TEL SUB/DJN N/DJN SUB/DJWI N/DJWI SUB/CAC N/CAC SUB/ERP N/ERP SUB/MMM N/MMM SUB/SNEW N/SNEW SUB/STK N/STK M/NND M/TEC P/DEU P/DTE GEO/CAL R/CAL GEO/NME R/NME GEO/PRM R/PRM GEO/US R/US GEO/USW R/USW

Yup. And actually well managed. Right now the techs are taking everything down, even the raw materials sector. ACCL is bucking that trend. Good for the BOD and the officers.
