If you like your shareholders you grant the options at the same price your stock closed at.  25% discount is a slap in their face.

Pretty standard and considering this stock was at $.025 cents a couple of weeks ago pretty good for shareholders. I suspect they had to get this done quickly before the price moves higher, which given all the trading desks are back fully staffed next week the wait might be shorter than you think. Interesting a buyer from CIBC wants 500K this morning at $.075.
