Yes he is total idiot but to summerize for the idiot.  The vendor agreed to a cash payment as well as shares at the 20 day VWAP.  So he is coming in at 9.1c ...these have all been laid out in the past NR's.

Yes exactly Largeinvest. This is simply like a PP closing news release. And the $11 million loan which  is unheard of for a Venture company. And don't forget as per the last news release, they will have an additional $20 million available to them! We are at the starting gate with engines roaring.
