QIC announces closing of transaction

This is great news! The deal finally closed!! I was worried that as part of this announced deal that QIC would be giving up significantly more shares, at the min. $0.05 per share VWAP average. Instead the average share price based upon the last 20 day VWAP is over $0.09 per share and the company is receiving an extra $1.5 M US for working capital (over the min cash required to close)!! Look forward to QIC re-building itself into a growing and profitable company. Congratulations to Manu (CEO) and to all shareholders! I understand that there are other transactions in the wings. This was a very important deal to close!!!

Where do you see the deal has closed? I only see that TSX has accepted the documents for filing.

The deal is NOT closed is my understanding but rather the financing part of it which is obviously very important. I imagine we would get more news next week saying the deal has been closed?? But we are very close or just a formality now. Should be a great week coming up and expect the share price to above 25 cents this time next week.
