Another pile-on.  Trade back to a nickel.  26.5 million new shares at avg 5.2 cents!  What a shyte deal this is...

Principal amount = $1,254,240 + $119,972 for accrued interest Total dollars = 1,374,212 divided by total shares for debt = 26,584,450 (25,084,800 + 1,499,650) = 5.2 cents.... now for your next lesson.....

hahaha this is a joke right? First deal Manu?  He must want to play the penny game...stock can't move with all this overhang..too much cheap stock, too many pigs at the trough I wonder if Anil will regret giving up control of his "cash cow" for worthless paper? can't wait to see the financial results any day. Me thinks the only winners will be the boys receiving interest ...more

Question - if the new deal is gonna generate so much cashflow why would they issue shares at below market to settle debt?  Couple months there will be so much cash in the till you could of wrote them a check, right? hahahaha

As a token of appreciation for the loan? jeez... nothing to frown upon besides the fact that they issued more shares than you're own liking. Plus taking the time to mention all this, i mean come on i dont spend time on bullboards of stocks i dont like. Shorting perhaps? BTW, i follow stocks which have 30% more shares fully diluted which move faster than this ever has since september. I ain ...more
