Ok so $qic financial is in net loss 1.7 million one time advisory free regarding acquisition 2.4 million and this only have 1 month revenue from lucky bucks which is 1.5 mil so without one time fee we are positive income next q will be awesome

Last year they had $1.59mm in prof and advisory fees for the same quarter..how is the $2.4mm one time?  Maybe $800k is one time
