Messy financials and ebitda confuse people so look at cash flow and factor out some one time items...

Co. is cash flowing about $14 million/yr US or $18.62 mil Cdn
83 million shs => $0.22/sh cash flow
8x multiple => $1.79 share value.

Integrity Gaming taken out at 44% to market price. Market does not understand these gaming stocks.
