Sometimes

You just have to hold your shares, tuck them away, put them for sale at $1 (so they can't be borrowed for shorting) and give these BULL BOARDS a break, away from all the nonsense these dumpers post who are working for a major in advance of a take-over. Happy week-end all.

NL. Not to be contrarian, but I have seen this concept being suggested before. The problem is that the higher the total ask size is, the more pressure it puts on the SP. It weighs it down, slows upward momentum and also alters perception. This is why you will see these ridiculously high ask lots at prices that are far out of reach. This tactic is a powerful tool used by registered and passive ...more

Maybe.  But very frustrating & a it more concerning than I initially thought.  Down the road % today on record gold?  TUD and Tuo up another 7? When the deal was announced a couple of weeks ago I really piled in.  Hey, 43 cents seemed like easy money.  Yet amk has been going down almost every day while TUD & tuo go up Sorry for rambling, just starting to get very ...more

I'm not very smart, or smart at all for that matter - but watching these trio of stocks here they constantly move apart from each other. Mostly tudor and amk -- instead of moving in lockstep which you'd assume, they move opposite. Maybe arbitrage between bigger players shorting and then buying between the two for constant movement to play with while staying in the same play?  Try not ...more

BigVA Most of the people here aren't all that concerned whether the .43 bid goes through at this point beacause we are safe and secure either way. Although regardless of the POG, this is still a double bagger at .43. So it depends on the size of your investment potential I suppose. I'll take the .43 for sure! But, I also have no issue with waiting a few more months and reaping the rewards ...more

IS it possible the Pressure on AMK is 2fold? Perhaps one of the reasons overlooked is as hard as these guys tried to cap TUD and kept it at 70cts see the need to keep AMK down so TUD didnt get away on them as they close out short positions and desperately try to accumulate shares for the inevitable breakout coming in this sector? Or is it GEM and or Cunningham involved buying up the company on the ...more

I enjoyed the weekend! Unfortunately, still as uneasy about why AMK is struggling at 27 cents hen we should be getiing 43 cents very soon. All the cheerleading on the board did no make me feel any better.  I dont know how people can claim they dont care if the deal goes through or not. We were tradin at 11 cents when deal was announced!  Do you really want to end up with a share price ...more

You can sell me your shares, if you are that impatient  ;)

Would you bid me 40 cents for for 185,000 shares? If yes, lets talk. Thanks.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Sep 23, 2024 12:37pm
If you were REALLY worried about it, you'd simply take your more than double and walk away.....At this point, an account made 3 days ago sowing doubt is nothing more than a lame attempt at bashing....
Comment by BigValuehunter on Sep 23, 2024 12:42pm
Like I said, I happy to discuss why AMK might be tradein at a 40% discount to the 43 cents we are supposed to get in 2 months.  That is a massive return.62% return.  But just alleging "bashing" because someone is not jumping on the chearleading bandwagon is simply a weak response. As well, if I wanted to sell the 185,000 shares in my TFSA right now, price might get knocked ...more

I'll respond one last time and then onto the ignore list you go... If you can't understand why people don't care if the deal goes through then you simply don't understand the value of the project...this is a VERY low ball offer and most of us are sure we'll do better by waiting.
Comment by BigValuehunter on Sep 23, 2024 1:18pm
Mr. Stockmvoes, I dont understand, and dont believe, that most AMK shareholders do not care if the deal goes through.  THat weans we will drop around 50%  How can a shareholder not care!?!?!?!? Who here would not be upset if the bid fell apart tomorrow and AMK opened at 12 cents?  I'd expect 99% of independent real sharehodlers to care.
Comment by FreshStart26 on Sep 23, 2024 2:16pm
Aaaaaaaaand one more for the ignore list... I hope stockhouse doesnt have a max number cause its filling up fast with these clowns.  The reason none of us care if the deal goes through - and lots of us hope it does fall through is that this 43 cent bid is PEANUTS compared to what a positive PEA would provide us in value if thats what happens at the end of the day. KK has mentioned 2025 ...more

I get the potential  upside of the massive deposit.  BUt AMK only owns 20%.  So I still dont understand how you can not care if AMK gets a 50% haircut if deal falls through and the other partners do not.  It makes no sense to me.  I care.  I think real shareodlers do as well. Why would you not want to take your 43 cents and put it into TUD at $1.15?  Would you ...more

If you are unhappy with how this stock is performing, you are able to sell.  You have the choice to move along if you see no value in waiting to see if the .43 buyout happens or the much higher buyout later, if it doesnt happen. This is a long game for huge results. If you cant handle this, maybe the stock market isnt for you.
Comment by BigValuehunter on Sep 23, 2024 1:15pm
Golddigger, Im asking pretty straigh forward questions about my concerns of AMK trading at a 40% discount to bid price.  Those are fair questions.  If it was trading at 34 cents, Id be less concerned.  If it was trading at 30 cents, it would make sense. I was adding to my postion between 31 and 34 cents based on a supposed firm bid!  I thought it would run up to 40 cents by ...more

Watch the KK videos and make your own decision.  If your uncomfortable with AMK or the amigos in general, you might not be seeing the big picture and you should maybe try something else. This is a long play, not a quick buck play.

Diamond hands folks ! We have nothing to lose unless you believe a temp. drop till PEA is something to freak out about. More bashers and "concerned" shareholders that clearly don't understand what is going on here at TC are telling. The more they show up indicates we are on the right path and we attact those here to sow doubt and either pick up cheap shares (thus the low volume ...more
